Alicia Rickter Biography Alicia Rickter is a stunningly beautiful woman who has parlayed her stint with Hef into a burgeoning acting and modeling career. Alicia was born in Long Beach, California on September 21, 1972, and grew up in the shadow of Hollywood. She always dreamed of a performing career, and by the early 90s she was ready to pursue it.
